URBAN YOUTH & COLLEGE MINISTRIES This is a community of young men and women striving to become more like Jesus Christ. Our vision is for young people to come in from all walks of life, be radically transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ then go and make an impact in their generation. The Junior High ministry meets on Sunday mornings during the weekly celebration service at Urban. All those in Junior High are encouraged to participate in the praise and worship portion of the service. After praise and worship all those in grades 5th-8th are dismissed to go with the youth workers to have their own time of fun and study. This is a great time for them to connect with other young people their age as well as be encouraged and challenges by messages that relate to their season of life. This is a fun and empowering time that all those in Junior High will want to be a part of.
The City Youth and Young Adults (ages 12-22) / 3rd Saturday of every month 7pm-830pm This once a month gathering with music, challenging messages and an encounter with the presence of God will empower you to make a difference in your generation. The City meets at Birney Elementary the 3rd Saturday of every month at 7pm. Invite your friends and we will see you there.
