STARTING SEPTEMBER 25TH 2011 Sexual = of or pertaining to sex, or for sex: sexual matters. Revolution = a radical and pervasive change in society and social structure.
Our society has become sexually charged by the rise in human trafficking, prostitution and pornography. Sex and sexual innuendos are used to sell everything from cars to fast food and even homes. Congressmen are tweeting naked pictures of themselves, governors are having sex with their maids and presidents are receiving “favors” from interns underneath desks in the Oval Office. In a society where everything has become common and acceptable, we need a Sexual Revolution. 50 years ago the original Sexual Revolution began and carried all the way through the late 80’s. That sexual revolution changed the way our society views everything sex related and through time has destroyed the value and meaning of sex. It is time for a new Sexual Revolution that brings the proper perspective of sex and interpersonal relationships to the society. Featuring Annie Lobert
Dr. Ted Roberts
Dr.Ted Roberts came to the Lord as a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. He was called to the Pastoral ministry after his return to the United States. He entered Seminary, completing his masters at Asbury Theological Seminary and his doctorate at Western Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in a multiplicity of ministries, from chairman of the Theology department at a Bible College, Staff Pastor, Director of a Counseling Ministry, to his present position as Founder of Pure Desire Ministries International. He is the author of Failing Forward, For Men Only: The Courageous Fight For Healthy Sexuality, Pure Desire, Living Life Boldly, Going Deeper which he co-authored with Pam Vredevelt, and his newest release, Sexy Christians, co-authored with his wife, Diane. (Expected release spring 2010) Dr. Roberts is not only a frequent speaker to various civic and business organizations around the c Ted and his wife, Diane, who serves as co-Founder of Pure Desire Ministries International have two grown children, Nichole and Bryan, and four grandchildren.
